Not answered Knockback bug

Hello Guys
I have some problem in the P server where I am an admin.
The players always mention some bug named "knockback bug" , but not really know what is it, and more less any clue how to solve it. Does anybody have the solution for it, or can explaine me the mechanism of this "bug"?

So I cant just capture it on screen, but my players said it is like when they are in PvP, and hitting each other , randomly times one of the players "stucks in the ground" , and cant move, hit ,or skill, just the camera rotating.
