Putty is functional
Navicat is functional
winscp is functional
I also changed in /usr/game/config (auth, game core 1, channel 99_core 1, etc.)

I tried and it still doesn't work, navicat works with this user and password

Check mysql -u root -p password on your server. You might not have permisions for root@localhost
