My name is Radek, and I would like to apply for the position of GM / SGM on your server.
I have been part of the Metin2 community for many years, gaining long-term experience as a staff member and event organizer. Throughout this time, I have developed both soft and technical skills that are essential for effective server management and maintaining a professional, friendly environment.
I am an engaged, responsible, and quick-acting person. When I receive a task, I complete it efficiently and professionally. I always aim to maintain order, fairness, and clear communication — both within the staff team and with the players.
I enjoy teamwork, but I can also work independently when needed. I understand the importance of stability, transparency, and consistent support in building a strong Metin2 community.

My experience and technical skills include:
- Gameplay & server balancing
Helping adjust class balance, damage values, drop rates, event rewards, and overall gameplay flow to improve player experience and fairness. - Creating and hosting server events
Experience with O/X Events, Zodiac (ZuO) Events, PvP tournaments, special holiday events, integration events, speed-run challenges, mini-games and more. - Compensation support & item restoration
Recovering lost items for players caused by in-game bugs, misclicks, technical issues, database errors, or rollback situations. - Administrative staff management
Supervising Helpers, GMs, moderators; assigning tasks, onboarding new staff members, maintaining discipline and proper communication. - Reward & payroll handling for staff
Managing staff payouts in the form of Dragon Coins / Dragon Marks (DC/DM), ensuring fairness and logging all transactions. - Player support & problem solving
Assisting with issues such as:
• malfunctioning item shop purchases
• missing rewards or bugged quests
• stuck characters
• account help
• ticket handling and fast troubleshooting - Security & rule enforcement
Detecting suspicious behavior, checking logs, handling reports, issuing warnings and bans when necessary, maintaining a fair and clean server environment.
