[C++/Py] Check if the Bosses in the map are alive

It is a very simple system, which displays a small window under the minimap where you can see the list of bosses in the map you are in and whether they are alive or not.

Next to each boss you will see an icon either green or red.

If the icon is green it means that the boss is alive and has not yet been killed by anyone.

If the icon is red, the boss has been killed and is about to be respawned.

It is a very good feature for PvM servers, because players can see if the boss is dead or not.
