How to Use:

Navigate to the Proto Editor tool.
Upload your item_proto_dump.txt or mob_proto_dump.txt.
Edit values directly in the grid.
Use the toolbar to Check VNUMs or Add Rows.
Export your changes back to TXT or SQL!
