Я подготовил инструкцию по установке в папке сервера, тем, кто не знает установку, она может быть полезна.
Извините, что забыл написать как открыть пак в установочном файле,
Запустите файл install.bat в папке PML от имени администратора и поместите файлы PackMakerLite.exe и PackMakerLite.json в папку Client/Pack. Затем щелкните правой кнопкой мыши файл root.idx и нажмите PML Unpack. После внесения необходимых изменений вы можете щелкнуть правой кнопкой мыши корневую папку и нажать PML Pack, чтобы закрыть пакет.

I'm sorry I forgot to write how to open pack in the setup file,
Run the install.bat file in the PML folder as administrator and put the PackMakerLite.exe and PackMakerLite.json files into the Client/Pack folder. Then right click on root.idx file and press PML Unpack. After making the necessary adjustments, you can right-click the Root folder and press PML Pack to close the package.
