Just Build it and then put the rootlib.lib file in extern/libarry in userinterface and build all the source.

go to Sources\Client\extern\projects\EterCythonLib and in file EterCythonLib.vcxproj search for


here change cd command with the actual way to that folder, example C:\Avenor2-Master\_CYTHONIZER_\_PackFiles
