Request [Help] Aslan teleport problem.

So i recently tried to lower the level of a map from 95 to 85


Changed also from quest/object/state/


Also went and changed from client uiteleport and the yang 1, just to be safe ( mostly its description i guess )

Now come's the weird part, i closed the server, rebooted machine, restarted everything and went to test it out.
Also reloaded from putty the quests via "menu".

It remembers the 95 min lvl, even if i set the player lvl 86/94 it allows me for a brief moment to teleport at the map and then it takes me back to map 1 village.

If anyone could give me a hint to what i did wrong or what needs to be done ?
