Not answered Official Character Interface Problem

I tried to implement the Official Character Interface and I've done all the steps requested, but when I go to test the character window is completely disconfigured.

It probably has something to do with the characterwindow.py file, but I don't know how to fix it.
If anyone can help me fix it or even share their characterwindow.py file, I'd be very grateful.
