Not answered Phase Game does not handle this header TMP4

I'm trying to implement the target information system and I get this error in syserr when I'm trying to right-click on a mob/metin stone or when I attack them.
On server, I have:

HEADER_GC_TARGET = 63,
HEADER_CG_TARGET = 61,

On client, I have:

HEADER_GC_TARGET = 63,
HEADER_CG_TARGET = 61,

And 33 I can't find it anywhere.

Can someone help me with a fix?
