Years ago there was a guy who also put links like you just did, to collect email addresses and then blackmailed his victims(who requested the access to the download)
Not to mention that this is not free like this way, because free means there is no any proviso nor condition of you do let him/her to download or do not.. It is the same like you would put password on rar file and in the post you write "pm me for the password". In kindergarden is okay.
