98-99 PVP Server Files

These files are built on hemera2 global (the first infrastructure of eren2/eren3 as you know it).
NOTE: In the original, there is no sound in the game in these builds (they deactivated or deleted all functions related to MilesLib).
But I added all the sounds to these files from scratch.

NOTE: There is no known vulnerability or bug. You can use it as a 98-99 or 104-105 duel server. There are plenty of visuals such as +3k weapon costumes, armor costumes, effects, etc. I left Locale_inc.h and CommonDefines.h at the bottom. You can review it.

Bu dosyalar hemera2 global (bildiğiniz eren2/eren3'ün ilk altyapısı) üzerinde oluşturulmuştur.
NOT: Orijinalde, bu yapılarda oyunda ses yoktur (MilesLib ile ilgili tüm işlevler devre dışı bırakılmış veya silinmiştir).
Ama tüm sesleri sıfırdan bu dosyalara ekledim.

NOT: Bilinen herhangi bir güvenlik açığı veya hata yoktur. 98-99 veya 104-105 düello sunucusu olarak kullanabilirsiniz. +3k silah kostümleri, zırh kostümleri, efektler vb. gibi birçok görsel mevcut. Altta Locale_inc.h ve CommonDefines.h'yi bıraktım. İnceleyebilirsiniz.
