[Fix] SYSERR: unsupported format character ',' (0x2c) at index 43

When I hovered over the Leadership skill in Debug mode, the window would not open and gave the error in the title. The solution is very simple.

Open your locale_game.txt file in locale_xx in Client

Search:

%,

Replace:

%.

There are multiple typos, correct them all.
